Correcting a Problem

IMPORTANT NOTICE-We have had a problem with the adhesive used on the black plastic camera mount assembly. The chemical bonding has not been reliable. While the camera cannot be lost due to a loose mount, it would result in severe camera vibration during use. That’s not good, and we’ve corrected the problem on the present housings and we have a new mount design on TrollPro2 units available for this Holiday season in early December 2011. The production run that experienced problems has been returned to the production facility. All previously delivered TrollPro housings from this lot are being replaced free of charge with a new unit. We have been contacting customers for replacement, but if you have a problem and haven’t heard from us yet, please drop us an E-mail for your free replacement. We sincerely regret any inconvenience.
